Pingyuan Xinda Chemical Co., Ltd. is a designated phosgene production enterprise approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and local governments at all levels for investment and construction. The company was founded in 1970 and relocated to Deyuan Street, Pingyuan County in 2008, adjacent to Provincial Highway 315, with convenient transportation. In 2009, it was renamed as Pingyuan Xinda Chemical Co., Ltd. In March 2014, it was renamed as Pingyuan Xinda Chemical Co., Ltd. It is a private enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of organic chemical raw materials.

The company currently has 180 employees, including 35 engineering and technical personnel, with fixed assets of 300 million yuan, covering an area of over 270000 square meters, annual sales revenue of 160 million yuan, and paid taxes of over 10 million yuan.

Our company has a designed annual production capacity of 30000 tons of phosgene and an annual production capacity of 60000 tons of phosgenated products. The company has a production history of over 50 years of phosgenation products. Currently, it produces over 30 types of products in seven categories, including organic acyl chloride, organic chloroform esters, isocyanates, dyes and intermediates, ultraviolet absorbers, pharmaceutical intermediates, and paper chemicals.

Two sets of equipment for producing stearyl chloride with an annual output of 16000 tons, mainly used in the paper industry. The company has formed a close upstream and downstream product cooperation relationship with Kemira Chemicals Co., Ltd. Kemira Chemicals Co., Ltd. is currently a globally renowned manufacturer of paper additive AKD.

We produce 15 sets of ester products with an annual output of over 10000 tons, which are the main raw materials for the plastic initiator industry. Our products are mainly supplied to Zibo Zhenghua Additives Co., Ltd. and Wudi Dadong Additives Chemical Co., Ltd. The company has been cooperating with these two companies since the 1990s.

The production and sales of scarlet acid have an advantageous position in China. In addition to being sold throughout the country, our products are also exported to countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Pakistan.

The company also relies on the current production of products related to methyl, salicylonitrile, n-butyl ester, iminodibenzyl chloride, and polymers, and cooperates with international multinational companies such as BASF, Sika, and AkzoNobel to develop new international markets. At the same time, in order to adapt to the new situation of transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development, the company has completed the phosgene upgrading and transformation project, adopting the internationally recognized high-pressure synthesis phosgene complete set of mature processes to replace the existing production equipment, in order to ensure the production and supply of phosgene products such as octadecyl chloride from the cooperative company. The content of phosgene is over 90%, and the utilization rate of downstream products is over 85%. Both have increased by 20 percentage points compared to before, significantly reducing the cost of phosgene and significantly improving market competitiveness.
